Login & password information

When you place your first online order with LION, you will be prompted to create an account using your email address and password. The next time you want to make an order, you can log in with these credentials. In case you forgot your password, you can go here. If you want to change your password, you go to your account. Please be informed that our email messages may end up in your spam folder; please check it if you're looking for a password reset email, an order confirmation email, or any other information. Ordering & payment
  • Orders are confirmed once you have completed the payment process in checkout.
  • You can pay via our selected payment services (iDeal, Bancontact, Mastercard & VISA).
  • Orders will be processed by the LION Inside Sales team the next working day.
  • If you have a question about an ongoing order, please reach out to us via salesemea@lionprotects.com.
Shipping & delivery
  • All orders are shipped with DHL Shipment Services. You will be provided with a track & trace code after the shipment has left LION’s premises.
  • We always strive to deliver your order in the BeNeLux within 5 working days (Mon-Fri, excluding Bank Holidays). For UK, Germany & France we strive to deliver within 10 working days.
Returns & exchanges
  • If you wish to return or exchange your ordered product, please contact us on salesemea@lionprotects.com to receive a Return Authorisation Number. Returns shipped back to LION without a Return Authorisation Number will not be accepted.
  • Returns should be requested within 45 calendar days after delivery.
Repairs & warranty
  • A standard warranty period of 12 months applies (starting from the delivery date) with regards to the functional specifications of the product. For more information, please find our General Terms & Conditions
  • In case warranty applies, arrangements will be made after mutual agreement to repair or replace the product.
